2. High Quality Aluminium Sheet Material:

  • The surface is strong, rust-proof, and corrosion-resistant, while maintaining lightweight structural characteristics.

3. High Quality Polyester Sound-Absorbing Cotton:

  • Soft, fluffy, and tightly structured, effectively absorbing reflected sound waves and suppressing echo.

4. High Quality Steel Frame:

  • Serves as the main skeletal structure of the pod, providing strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and resistance to deformation.

5.Carbon Plate / Carbon Fiber Panel:

1. Bursting Disk / Safety Pressure Relief Disk

  • A safety device used to automatically rupture and release pressure when internal pressure is too high, preventing damage to the glass structure. In this product, it may be used in the glass door or airtight system as a safety mechanism.

2. Tempered Glass

  • High-strength safety glass, impact-resistant and high-temperature resistant. It does not produce sharp fragments when broken. Primarily used for the transparent door panels on the front or sides of the pod.

3. Neutral Silicone Sealant:

  • Used for sealing between the glass, aluminium frame, and wall structure. Provides waterproof, dustproof, and soundproof functions. The neutral formula does not corrode the glass or aluminium materials.

4. Aluminium Profile:

  • Serves as the support component for the glass frame and structural framework. It possesses characteristics of lightweight, high strength, and corrosion resistance, maintaining the overall stability and modern appearance of the pod.
